Kettlebell Class:If you want a kick butt workout - Maximum intensity and benefit - you'll get it with this class. Cardio, strength, power, reaction time, speed, coordination and flexibility. Email us for more information. We do individual kettlebell training and can do alternate class times.
Yoga

NEW YOGA CLASS OFFERED
For those who have never done Yoga before or have joint issues or just want to try it,
come out and enjoy a relaxed pace yoga which holds floor postures for a longer duration to get a deep connective tissue stretch.
This is modified for wrist, back, knee and other issues that may have prevented you from trying Yoga in the past.
Yoga (new class times):
Saturday: 10:10-11:25AM
Thursday: 7:00-8:15PM

Drop in $15.00 (will only except drop ins if class is not full or if there is a cancellation)
Monthly fee of 4 classes at $10 each commitment rate per month.
Location:
Cresthaven Park Barrhaven on sunny days and inside at Feel’n Fine on rainy or cold days.

CORE CIRCUIT CLASS
Our "Core Circuit Class" is a great way to increase fat burning results, cardiovascular improvement, and core strengthening. Each week new abdominal and low back exercises are added for variety and increased shock factor. Most people wouldn’t push themselves hard enough on their own, here everybody goes at their individual pace, but are inspired to do their personal best.

CORE CLASS:
As of Mar 8 and Mar 10 Core Class will not continue unless we have 7 guaranteed signs ups for the month. We are switching the 10 pack to a 4 pack deal and you must sign up for the month to be guaranteed a spot and so we know we have enough people to run the class. If you know at the first of the month you will be away we will subtract the wks you will be away and write the check for the days you will be here for the month. We prefer checks as this is a better way to keep track of your payment history. Unfortunately if you cancel last min or the wk of class you lose out on that session. Drop in will not be available as we have found this to be too uncertain of the numbers showing up and not practical.
As Of Mar 8 and Mar 10 when the recent 10 pack expires the new Core Class times will be Mon 7:30-8:30PM and Wed 7:30-8:30PM. This is also the time when we will take our Committed Core Participants on a monthly sign up basis!
Let Lene know what your commitment is for Mar and if you are committed long or short term for Core Class asap by emailing Lene lene.kelly@hotmail.com. First come first guaranteed spots! If you will be away for a whole month in the summer please let us know that as well so we can plan to fill the spots. We thank you so much for your help with this!
