Kettlebell Class: If you want a kick butt workout - Maximum intensity and benefit - you'll get it with this class. Cardio, strength, power, reaction time, speed, coordination and flexibility. Email us for more information. We do individual kettlebell training and can do alternate class times.

NEW YOGA CLASS OFFERED
For those who have never done Yoga before or have joint issues or just want to try it,
come out and enjoy a relaxed pace yoga which holds floor postures for a longer duration to get a deep connective tissue stretch.
This is modified for wrist, back, knee and other issues that may have prevented you from trying Yoga in the past.

Yoga (new class times):
Saturday: 10:10-11:25AM
Thursday: 7:00-8:15PM

Cresthaven Park Barrhaven on sunny days and inside at Feel’n Fine on rainy or cold days.
